              A Transformative Experience 

I am thrilled to share my enriching experience attending the Faculty Development Program

(FDP) on Digital Marketing at Infosys BPM, located at their Mysore campus. The FDP was

expertly led by distinguished trainers Mr. Gopi, and Mr. Phani whose insights into digital

marketing strategies were enlightening and practical. Their depth of knowledge and engaging

teaching methods made the sessions not only informative but also enjoyable, fostering a

collaborative learning environment. During my time at Infosys, I had the privilege to explore

their state-of-the-art infrastructure, which is a testament to their commitment to innovation

and excellence. The campus is equipped with advanced facilities that enhance the learning

experience, leaving me with lasting memories of a vibrant educational atmosphere.

The program included a variety of activities designed to enhance our teaching methodologies.

These interactive sessions provided me with new tools and techniques that I can implement in

my teaching practice, ultimately contributing to my development as an educator.

Additionally, I had the opportunity to network with fellow professors from various colleges,

which has expanded my professional connections significantly. Engaging with industry

experts during the program was particularly beneficial. Their real-world insights into digital

marketing trends and practices enriched our discussions and provided a broader context for

the theoretical knowledge we gained. 

This experience has enhanced my understanding of digital marketing and

inspired me to continue evolving in my teaching career.

As someone who is foreigner and has spent most of her life in different countries, I can assure you, the way IV was done here could never be done the same anywhere else. If there is anything I can remember when I was a fresher was that everyone was super excited about IV, and I thought they were all exaggerating.  Boy was I wrong!  When the news came out that we get to explore any place for a couple of days with your friends, it was no lie that every single one of us was excited. In fact, we were so excited that we were counting down days. The evening of August 23, 2023, was when we all assembled in the railway station carrying not only our luggage but also our dreams.
